How to Use a CRM to Convert Leads from Your Website

Have you ever had someone contact you about your services then you forgot to reach back out to them? Are you struggling to keep track of potential customers and the last time you contacted them? All of these problems are solved by using a Customer Relationship Manager or CRM.

A CRM provides a central place to keep track of your prospects, their companies, interest, and the last time they were contacted. Sometimes the key to turning a prospect into a customer is consistent follow up. A CRM will help you do that.
